Return & Exchange

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

We want you to love every item you buy. If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To get started, just email us at service@avelnique.com with:

1.Your order number

2.A photo showing the issue (if defective or incorrect)

3.Whether you’d like a refund or exchange

We’ll reply with return instructions and our return address.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged

  • In resaleable condition

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Items that are damaged, or show signs of use are not refundable unless the issue was our error.

Return Postage

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and proper packaging.

We recommend using a regular postal service with tracking. Once you’ve shipped the item, email us the tracking number.

Returned products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

Full refund will be issued if the item meets the return conditions above.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in original condition (e.g., damaged or stained) through no fault of ours.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after the returned item has been received and inspected. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you haven’t seen your refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again. If it’s still not there, contact your card issuer. Once the refund has left our system, the timing is controlled by your bank.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before the order has entered processing of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already have been processed and dispatched.
